A candle ( tea Light ) caused damage to upvc window sill. It has left a brown mark and it looks to have melted the plastic. What can I do?

The proper way to fix this would be to replace the window cill. You can purchase PVC cills from companies such as Eurocell.

The bodgit way would be to sand down the damaged area, fill it with filler from a car parts shop and spray paint over the area with acrylic paint.
