I have caught the bead on a panelled upvc door with a wheelbarrow, can thisbe repaired? or must it be replaced

Chris

Ideally it should be replaced, however beading is difficult to obtain. You need to find a UPVC window and door manufacturer who uses the same door frame (profile) as yours so that the beading will match.

If you cannot obtian beeding then you could cover the broken beading with a thin peice of white UPVC architrave, available from:

A double glazing repair company might be able to repair/fill the beading, it depends on the extent of the damage.
