Door hinge imiges

Hi all. could you please tell me what these adjusting screws do,  (Attachments) I have numbered them for easy recognition, my problem is that the door will not pull in when the handle is lifted up.

Here's a technical image showing how to adjust the hinges you have:



Note that 3 in your image is not an adjusting screw but a retaining screw holding on the hinge cover plate.
