UPVC jammed door mechanism

Hi

I can unlock the door on my French Doors but the handle is stuck and will not move.

Any ideas or suggestions would be VERY welcommed as the company that installed them has gone into administration.

If its a GU multipoint door lock then if you apply alot of force down on the handle it will release, you can then replace the multipoint door lock.

If its not a GU door lock then you may need to look at removing the hinges to open the door or gemy the door open with a wide bladed item. Removing glass or panel from the door will make it easier to gemy and open the door.
