A small plastic piece has broken and fallen out of the track on one side of the window.
I can open and close the windows, but the broken one wont stay in place when opened, it falls to the bottom of its track.
This has happened on 2 windows now and I worry that it will affect more.

I assume these windows are no longer under guarantee?
Do you know who fitted them or what make they are?
Can you tell which type of doors they are and are they of any Company or just normal ones?
