I have a broken espag window lock. I've removed it, and the only thing stamped on it is "ES 27". It is a 600mm offset type, quite normal, but with a shallow backset of only 18mm. I've not been able to find anything online with such a shallow backset.
Any advice on how to tackle this?
Just to make matters harder, this is a first-floor window in a bathroom, so access internally and externally is difficult!
