Title: Sieginia Tilt and turn
Post by: corin on 5 November 2018 04:47 PM
Hi
There's a lot of posts here about tilt and turn repair/ resetting, but I can't see any that look at Sieginia branded windows. If anyone has experience with these it would be great to hear from you!

I've recently moved in to a new(ish) build and one of the windows isn't working properly. It's a tilt and turn. When the handle is in the turn position (90º) it tilts, and when the handle is in the tilt position (180º) only one point remains in contact (so it's tilting and turning at the same time). From what I've read on the forum it sounds like this should just need resetting, but I can't see any way to do that.

I think it's a Sieginia window because there was a serial number on the frame that turned up some of their products.
I can send pics showing the window opening – when it's fully open the top left hand corner isn't supported.

If anyone can help it would be amazing!

Are there databases you can check those serial numbers against for free?
