Hello Can anyone help please? Whenever it is wet and windy the window leaks, it is new, a new one has been put in but it has the same problem. I think it is coming through the sides of the drainage chamber but it is coming out of one side, which then comes inside, instead of just going out of the drainage hole.
We have put on lots of mastic on the joins outside but it has not stopped it. Has anyone please got some ideas? Thank you
